The Semiconductor Workforce Development Collaborative brings together employers, educators, community-based organizations, and workforce partners to build relationships and problem-solve together around California's microelectronics workforce needs. This session continues that work, looking at where employers, community partners, and educators can collaborate across the state.
You'll get to hear directly from employers about their current hiring needs and biggest challenges and think about where CBOs and training providers might help. It's also a good chance to connect with partners from across the state working toward similar goals.
