October 1, 2025 — Powering the Future: How the SEMI Foundation Is Building America’s High-Tech Workforce. The SEMI Foundation is tackling the U.S. semiconductor talent gap through programs that inspire, prepare, and connect diverse communities to high-tech careers. Initiatives like High Tech U, VetWorks, and the National Network for Microelectronics Education provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career pathways.
