July 30, 2026 — SEMI Announces New Spring Schedule for SEMICON West Beginning March 30–April 1, 2027. SEMI has announced that SEMICON West will move to an annual spring schedule at the Phoenix Convention Center beginning March 30–April 1, 2027. Phoenix will become the event’s long-term home, with future dates confirmed for 2028 and 2029. The transition is designed to provide greater scheduling flexibility while building on Arizona’s expanding semiconductor ecosystem, industry investment, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and workforce development initiatives.

June 23, 2026 — SEMICON West 2026 to Spotlight Key Innovations and Market Drivers Powering the Semiconductor Industry Beyond $1 Trillion. SEMICON West 2026 returns to Moscone Center in San Francisco, October 13–15, bringing together global semiconductor leaders as the industry approaches $1 trillion in annual revenue. Under the theme Transform Tomorrow, the event will feature executive keynotes, focused forums, technical tracks, market insights, workforce development, training, and networking addressing AI, advanced packaging, cybersecurity, sustainability, supply chain resilience, and other industry priorities.

October 9, 2025 — Semicon West relocation doubles attendance as US chip investment surges. SEMICON West's debut in Phoenix marked a new era for the U.S. semiconductor industry, with exhibitors up 45% and first-day attendance doubling from 2024. The move from San Francisco energized global participation and reflected Arizona’s rise as a semiconductor powerhouse, led by TSMC’s US$165 billion investment.
