It's MSIG's 25th Anniversary! The SEMICON West MEMS & Sensor Tech Talk Stage session brings together industry leaders from across the MEMS, sensor, robotics, and semiconductor ecosystems to explore the technologies shaping next-generation intelligent systems. The program begins with an introduction to the MEMS & Sensors Industry Group (MSIG), followed by a historical perspective on the evolution of MEMS and sensor technologies. Speakers will discuss advances in AI-enabled sensor manufacturing, the expanding role of MEMS and sensors in robotics, and how robotic systems are enhancing semiconductor manufacturing operations. The session concludes with a forward-looking presentation on humanoid robots as sensor development and testing platforms, highlighting the convergence of sensing, automation, AI, and advanced manufacturing that is driving innovation across multiple industries.
