Jason C. S. Woo

Professor of Electrical Engineering
University of California, Los Angeles

During his career, Jason has achieved significant advances in novel device technology, including the first demonstration of GeSiquantum-well MOSFETs, demonstration of high performance Ge/SiGetunnel FETs, and the realization of self-aligned graphene channel RF FETs. His current interests include novel logic and memory devices for high performance SoC and neuromorphic systems, and advanced heterogeneous integration. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and has 250 papers in technical journals and refereed conference proceedings to his name. He is also an IEEE Fellow.
