Daren Keller is Rudolph Technologies’ software solutions manager responsible for integrated solutions software products with a focus on roadmap and development. With over 20 years of semiconductor experience, Daren joined Rudolph from NXP Semiconductor, where he was director of automation with responsibility for APAC assembly factories. Prior to NXP, Daren spent 16 years at Fairchild Semiconductor as principal engineer with responsibilities including device engineering, test engineering, and automation for both front and back-end factories. Daren held responsibility for yield and new product introductions during his tenure at Fairchild. Having spent extended time in Southeast Asia, Daren implemented automated inspection and data systems to reduce quality, yield, and manual handling issues bringing front-end type data and standardization methods into the assembly production environment. Daren holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and holds two U.S. patents.
