Cindy Campbell is Executive Director at the KLA-Tencor Foundation. She is responsible for the philanthropic strategic direction at KLA-Tencorby investing in non-profit initiatives that increase workplace diversity, facilitate access to quality education and enrich our local communities worldwide. Focusing on locations where KLA-Tencor has employee populations, the KLA-Tencor Foundation strives to positively impact people’s lives while encouraging others to take action.
Prior to joining KLA-Tencor Foundation, Cindy has held leadership positions at Intel and C2 Leadership. She is the Founder and Executive Director at Human ConnexusFoundation where she received the Jefferson Award for her philanthropic work. She co-authored the book, Awakening Social Responsibility: A Call to Action. Cindy has served on the board of directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Santa Clara County, Workforce Silicon Valley Collaborative Council, and NOVA PIC.
Cindy earned her bachelor’s of science degree in supply chain management from Arizona State University.
