Brittany Phillips is an innovative systems-engineer who pushes the boundaries in developing thermal systems for Watlow, a leader in the semiconductor industry. She is part of the Advanced Research and Development team at Watlow’s Global Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Her primary focus has been developing cutting edge technology for semiconductor tools for deposition and etch applications. Brittany was instrumental in Watlow’s development of Adaptive Thermal Systems (ATS™) which is a suite of technologies that combine sensing, heating and controlling in innovative ways to improve the thermal performance of a customer’s application. Brittany’s second passion is educating and growing the engineering field. She is an active member in Watlow’s Talent Continuum STEM Outreach team whose purpose is to inspire future generations of technical talent through STEM events in the local community and schools. Brittany holds a B.S. in ceramic engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
