- - Can you please describe major elements of your corporate code of conduct for environmental sustainability and social responsibility?
- Are you a member of any collective codes of conduct (e.g. Global Care, EICC, ResponsibleCare, etc)? How does your own corporate code align with these collective codes?
- How does your company implement or operationalize elements of the code? How do you demonstrate that your commitment is being met? [Please explain any specific goals in-line with the code.]
- What elements of your code are most challenging to operationalize? Which are the most convenient?
- How do you address requests from customers that are trying to implement elements of their own codes? What aspects of these requests are challenging? What suggestions can you provide to your customers to make their requests more effective, efficient or sustainable for your company?
- How do you make requests to your supply chain and business partners as part of implementing your own codes? What aspects of these requests to your supply chain are challenging? What are some lessons that you have learned about these supply chain requests?
