SEMICON West 2008 Exhibitor University
Program Your success at SEMICON West 2008 depends on what
do before the event even more than what you do at the
show. The key to your success lies in building a
complete marketing campaign around SEMICON West,
inclusive of critical pre-show marketing.
The
next webinar in the SEMICON West Exhibitor University
Program series, "Best Practices in Exhibit Marketing:
Managing the Critical Pre-Show Phase of the Show Cycle,"
will explore how to build your pre-show marketing
program, including the paid—and free—opportunities
available to you as a SEMICON West exhibitor. The
webinar will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 -
9:00am to 10:00am Pacific Standard Time (PST). It will
explore the latest ideas in trade show marketing and
teach you the steps necessary to make your SEMICON West
2008 experience the best it can be.

Marketing & Promotional
Opportunities from Immersa Marketing (formerly The Chase
Group): MPO's: So Much More Than A Company
Name Event Marketing Opportunities (EMO's) at SEMICON
West 2008 are categorized most often as "branding" or
"messaging" opportunities. Your company may be so well
known that putting your name on a banner or badge insert
(branding) may be sufficient to remind attendees of your
SEMICON West presence. For many of you, though, it might
be better to have an EMO that has room for a message,
such as ad panels or stair stickers, which offer space
for direction "Visit us in booth 100"), a company slogan
("Our service is tops") or a call to action ("Log on for
solutions, at www.bestcompany.com"). A few of the 2008
Marketing Promotional Opportunities are: banners,
stairway advertising strips, registration lanyards,
escalator decals and attendee show bags. Watch for a
complete list of marketing promotional opportunities in
our March Exhibitor Update, as well as in SEction 3 of
the ESM available in April.
To put your
promotional plan into action, and to learn how to get
the most out of your EMO dollars, contact Mark Furrer at
