Exhibitor Meeting Room Rental: When can I make my reservation?
Renting a meeting room at show site is a great place for your pre-show sales meetings and customer meetings!  The Exhibitor Meeting Room application form will be available in January.  Applications will be assigned on a first–come, first–served basis determined by the date and time your form and payment are received.  If you have any questions please contact Leslie Schade at lschade@semi.org or tel: 1.408.943.6978.

Exhibitor Housing Contracts and Reminder
Exhibitors who have submitted housing requests will be receiving their designated hotel agreements from Convention Management Resources (CMR), the official housing service provider, by Friday, December 14th. After reviewing the housing policies, please sign and fax your contract to 1.415.979.2250. Once the form is received your password will be assigned, giving you easy access to manage your room block.

Exhibitor Housing requests are still being accepted, but don’t wait much longer. With attendee housing opening in January, hotels will be filling quickly.  The Hotel List, Hotel Map, Exhibitor Housing Instructions, Exhibitor Housing Form and Hotel Meeting Space Form are all available by visiting the SEMICON West 2008 Housing website

Targeted Move-In Schedule
To assist in your pre show planning, please find below the targeted floor plans for your reference. Exhibitors shipping directly to Moscone Center should ensure that freight does not arrive before your targeted move in date and time indicated in the color coded plans below.  Please note there are new Last In, First Out (LIFO) move in times.  If your booth is located in a LIFO location, please review your move in time.

North Hall (526 KB),  South Hall (629 KB),  Gateway Hall (150 KB),  West Hall – Level 1 (414 KB),  West Hall – Level 2 (493 KB)

Buyers Action Pack Opportunity: Save on Your Second Mailing!
